“ I've eaten here multiple times, Each time ordering different things, but I have to say I really enjoyed the meal on this day despite only ordering 2 dishes. The staff were so attentive and quick, they immediately brought in candle when I started shooing a fly, turned the fan on when she saw me panting, the banchan was quickly served and refilled as requested. I ordered the soup and jap chae (meat served separately per my request), both were wonderfully tasty. The soup broth was rich and thick, and can be very filling eaten alone or just with rice. The japchae was not too sweet nor oily. The beef marinate was very yummy. Banchan was decently generous in quantity and quality too. and as always there's the complimentary fruit and drinks for dessert. ”
“ Good Korean food restaurant. Ordered their well know fish soup (chu eo tang), octopus kimchi (nak ji bok eum) & pork trotters/feet (jokbal). Their banchan (side dish) really sucks in term of variety, size & taste. ”
“ Good food. The menu is perfect for group/family dining, although it’s also perfect for 1-2 person. Recommended to have their Haejangguk (Spicy Pork Bone soup - the soup is hearty and perfect for hangover ) and the meat was soft and easily fell-off the bone. I did went back with a group of friends and ordered: >> JokBal - It was amazeballs. The meat was tender. >> Chuoetang & the spicy chuoetang (their signature fish soup) - the spicy chuotang has more kickin’ flavour. Only opt for the regular chuoetang if you can’t handle the heat. >> Grilled meat - not worth the price. ”
“ Seorak Chueotang is one of real authentic Korean restaurant. Sun Dae Guk, Chu Eo Tang, Ppyeo Da Gui Hae Jang Guk are unique and top of Jakarta Side dishes (free) are simple and delicious. Staffs are well-trained and good service. If anybody wants to try Korean traditional soup, I never hesitate to recommend here. ”
